Working With Us
So what's it like working with Mutant Creative? Here is a handy overview to see how we usually structure things.
1. First Contact
Contact us with details of your project - what you want to achieve, timescale, budget and so on.
We'll set up an introductory call, or we'll come out to meet you.
After we've locked down the brief, we'll send you over a proposal containing the scope of work and costs - we'll amend this until it fits your needs.
4. Signed and sealed
We sign a contract of work, so we are all on the same page and there's no surprises down the line.
5. Let's Go!
Work begins. Project milestones are agreed in the contract stage, which vary a little depending on the type of work.
6. Check in
We'll review the project together at these key milestones to make sure everything is on track and tweak where needed.
7. Time to Launch!
Final project review and handover. You're good to go!
Who sorts the voiceover / audio for my animation?
That is something we can provide (although of course we don't mind if you would like to source your own audio). We've got contacts at a few voiceover agencies at a range of budgets, and a top notch sound designer that we work with on a lot of our animations.
What happens after the launch of my website?
With web projects, we offer a period of time after launch where we'll provide bug fixes and support for free as you get to grips with your new website (along with handy training on how to use it). For longer term support we can offer support contracts. Looking to make regular feature updates to the site? We can cater for that too.
What if i need to change the brief after work has begun?
Should you need to change the brief once work is under way, we'll review the scope of the changes together and agree how best to proceed. We're a friendly bunch, and if the changes don't present a major deviation chances are it won't cost you any more. Anything a bit bigger, and we'll cost it up so its easy for you to assess the benefit of the change vs. the cost required to implement.
